This feature shows the specific path that will be taken by an outgoing message, which can be useful for locating problems with email delivery.

Test a Delivery Route

To see your mail delivery route:

  1. Key-in the desired email address.
  2. Click Show Route.

The resulting screen will show the delivery route from web server to server. Under the Legend heading appear four icons with their corresponding meanings. The icons will show you what error, filter, destination or local mailbox was encountered while your email was en route.
